Position Overview

 We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the automation, deployment, and optimization of our Windows Server and IIS-based systems. You’ll play a key role in designing resilient infrastructure, streamlining CI/CD processes with Azure DevOps, and championing DevOps best practices across our engineering teams. This position is ideal for a solution-oriented engineer with a deep understanding of infrastructure as code and cloud-native tooling.

 

Day-To-Day Duties and Responsibilities 

·         Architect, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

·         Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration for Windows Server and IIS environments.

·         Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance, security, and scalability.

·         Develop and manage infrastructure as code with PowerShell, ARM templates, and related tools.

·         Collaborate closely with developers and operations teams to ensure seamless application deployment.

·         Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and maintain high availability.

·         Drive adoption of DevOps practices, cloud governance, and security compliance.

 

Minimum Qualifications

·         8+ years of experience in DevOps, Systems Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure roles.

·         Proven expertise with Windows Server administration and IIS configuration.

·         Advanced experience with Azure DevOps, including pipelines, repos, and project workflows.

·         Strong scripting and automation skills with PowerShell, YAML, and IaC tools.

·         Familiarity with monitoring solutions such as Azure Monitor and Application Insights.

·         Knowledge of Azure Functions or similar serverless/cloud automation tools.

·         Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

·         Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
